Insugraf Sheet and Gasket

INSUGRAF gaskets are high grade premium gaskets made frompure graphite for flanges and are capable of withstandingextremes of temperature and pressure. These gaskets are alsosuitable for flanges made of enamel and glass. INSUGRAFgaskets do not damage these sensitive flanges as it contains nofillers or binders and its physical properties do not change.The resiliency and compressibility of the gasket is excellent; it caneasily adapt to any flange irregularities even at low surface pressures.
Even with frequent temperature and load changes or vibrations,INSUGRAF gaskets remain dimensionally stable and provide acomplete leak proof joint without embrittlement or hot/cold flowcharacteristics. It is possible to seal even flanges which arecorroded or pitted, with INSUGRAF gasket without spending timeworking over the flange. These gaskets have extraordinarily goodthermal stability and co-efficient of expansion similar to steel.Non¬-metallic gaskets are recommended for pressures upto 200Bar and metallic gasket upto 800 Bar.
